Policies

A valid credit card on file is required to reserve all appointments.

 

Please note, once you have booked an appointment with me, it means I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. I understand life happens, and occasionally you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Should you need to do so, please provide at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

 

If you must cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service.

 

If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

 

I kindly ask that your arrive on time for your appointment. Please contact me if you are running late. If you arrive 15+ minutes after your scheduled appointment, the full service(s) may not be able to be performed and a $15 late fee will be charged.
