Reservation Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Your card will not be charged unless a late cancellation or no-show occurs, in accordance with the cancellation/no-show policies.

Cancellations
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that life happens, and sometimes schedule changes are necessary — but I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Same-day cancellations (day of appointment) will be charged 85% of the scheduled service.

No-Shows
If you miss your appointment with no prior notice:

You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Future appointments may require full prepayment to book.

Late Arrivals
I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Please allow extra time for traffic and parking. If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible.​
Arrivals 15+ minutes past the scheduled time may result in:

A $25 late fee

A shortened service (as time allows)

Or needing to reschedule, which may be treated as a late cancellation, subject to a fee

I’ll always do my best to accommodate you, but your punctuality helps me stay on time for all guests!

No Guests
To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, no children or additional guests may accompany you to your appointment.

While we love pets, California state law prohibits animals in the salon — with the exception of certified service animals.

Adjustments
My goal is for every guest to love their results! If you’re not satisfied with your service, please contact me within 3 days of your appointment to schedule a time for your hair to be visually inspected. If needed, a follow-up appointment can be booked to make adjustments.
