Policies

A valid credit card on file is required to reserve all appointments.

 

Please note, once you have booked an appointment with me, it means I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. I understand life happens, and occasionally you may need to change or cancel your appointment. Should you need to do so, please provide at least 48 hours notice before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

 

 If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a cancellation/rebooking fee of 50% the scheduled service.

 

If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, the full service fee will be charged.

 

I kindly ask that your arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive 15+ minutes after your scheduled appointment, I will try my best to accommodate you, but may not be able to provide the full service(s) you originally booked, resulting in a late/rebooking fee.
