Policies

All reservations require a valid credit card on file to hold. No charge will be placed unless a late cancellation or no show occurs. 

Cancellation Policy

Please note, once you have reserved an appointment with me, it means I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. I understand life happens, and occasionally you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Should you need to do so, please provide at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

 

If you must cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Day of cancellations require 100% payment of the scheduled service.

No Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

Late Guests

I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Please contact me if you are running late. If you arrive 15+ minutes after your scheduled appointment, I will do my best to still accommodate your reservation, however cannot guarantee the full service(s) will able to be performed and a $15 late fee will be charged. Guests who are late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation policy.

Please allow extra time for traffic and parking.

No Guests

Kindly note, per salon policy - to limit occupancy and safety considerations, no guests or children may accompany you to your appointment. We love pets too, however per California state law, no pets of any kind allowed in the salon. Exceptions only for certified service animals.
